After all that back and forth I talked to them on the phone and tried to explain it again. Somehow the Lord didn't really understand and wanted to take care of it.

Shortly afterwards I got an email that the order was canceled and with it the invoice.

After all that back and forth, I received an email a few days ago in which they apologize and that the case will not be examined.

But that has been decided so that we don't have to wait any longer for the bank to donate or dispose of it.

I find that accommodating after all the effort and it should run more often if you've messed up.
