I actually think Twitter/X is better now than it was before Elon purchased it. I don't see people getting banned anymore simply for disagreeing with the mainstream narrative. It may still happen to some degree but if it does then it is greatly reduced from what it was.

I legit made a joke and got permabanned for it, some time after Elon took over and two weeks after he declared "Humor is now allowed on Twitter again"
It seems like I got banned for something around then too. I waited a month or so and contested it and myself and a lot of other people were brought back on. It took a bit to clean house. He didn't get it 100% but it is way better now than it was that first month or two.

I frequently would get downvoted by that account. I haven't done much here. I guess it is good to see not much has changed in that regard before I decided to get too invested. That is an alt account of a whale.

Yeah it was rough the first month or so. Many of the banning people were still around and acting.
