Dear blockchain friends, this time I want to introduce Acehnese cuisine, namely Aceh noodles mixed with semilang fish, which is rarely found in Acehnese restaurants in general, because we have to buy this semilang fish in the fish market or fish it ourselves.
This time we got the semilang fish from friends who were fishing in the Kuala area close to the sea, they went fishing in the morning and returned in the afternoon. The results they get are quite good and among the fish they get there is fish semilang, my friends also compromised to make this fish as an addition to the noodles that we will enjoy together.
Semilang fish noodles taste quite inviting with the soft fish taste and the combination of compound spices with noodles.
Here I describe the ingredients of the spices used:
- 150 grams of wet yellow noodles
- Semilang fish cut into cubes
- Three cloves of garlic, sliced
- Three red onions cut into thin slices
- Two tomatoes, roughly cut into cubes
- 150 milliliters of water or as needed
- 40 grams of bean sprouts removed
- Two tablespoons of MANGO brand sweet soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Four tablespoons of vegetable oil
- One leek, thinly sliced
- One cucumber cut into cubes and seeds removed.
