Making simple mini cheesecake for the first time | Baking

in Foodies Bee Hive3 years ago (edited)

I saw these cute mini cheesecake baking tutorials on youtube. The ingredients are pretty easy to get, so I decided to make some! Been a while since I had bake anything. I kinda failed in this baking, but it turns out pretty ok at the end. XD
I put the baking video link at the end of this post.

These are the ingredients I prepared following the video.

  • 100g Biscuits (I used less then 100g of biscuits,100g is about 40++ biscuits for the brand I use, which is too much haha)

  • 40g Melted butter

  • 200g Creamcheese

  • 50g Sugar

  • 100g Yogurt

  • 5ml Lemon juice ( I replaced it with vinegar because I don't have any lemon XD )

  • 1 Egg

  • 1Tsp Vanilla extract

  • 10g Flour

Everything measured and organized!

I smashed the biscuits and mixed it with melted butter in the bag, then I prepared these little cupcake holders for use.

Put a layer of smashed biscuits at the bottom of the mold and press it tight.

It looks like this.
1629730569827.jpg
Smash the creamcheese that is in room temperature. ( Which it turns out the creamcheese is not warm enough and realising I'm not smashing it thoroughly at the end. )
(
Put sugar, yogurt and lemon juice and mix.

After mixing and it becomes smooth, put egg, vanilla extract and flour to mix.
But because of the creamcheese was not smashed enough, it's not melting no matter how long I mix it. Its a lesson for me to learn, to smash the creamcheese thoroughly.
(
So I gave up and pour the mixture in to each mold.
(
Before that I heat up the stove at 160 degree.
(
(
I mean it doesn't look bad as I thought it would...
(
Ready to have sauna for 1 hour at 160 degree.

Tada... Put into the fridge for 1 hour after cool down.
(
Cut some of your favorite fruits and put on top of the mini cake and its ready to eat!
I'm glad it doesn't tasted bad! 🍰
