Mustard Green Instant Noodles That Are Delicious and Easy to Make

Noodles are one of the foods that are of great interest to many people, apart from the practical presentation of instant noodles, there are also many variations with different spices, which make them delicious on the tongue, especially in cold weather, when a hungry stomach, instant noodles are very tempting. But instant noodles are not food. which is good for consumption every day, especially for pregnant women, instant noodles are made from flour added with complementary spices.

This instant noodle can also be cooked by adding other vegetables such as carrots, spinach, mustard greens and other vegetables.
I've tried using any vegetables with different noodle variations.
but this time I cooked instant noodles without any seasoning, I made the seasoning myself at home, the results obtained from one box of instant noodles were also a lot, enough for my whole family to eat, I cooked these instant noodles by adding mustard greens and also eggs with different spices. rich in spices make this instant noodle feels perfect to be enjoyed with your beloved family.

🌸 ingredients:

🔹200 grams of noodles
dry(eggs).
🔹100 grams of mustard leaves
green.
🔹1 egg.
🔹 cooking oil 5
tablespoon.
🔹 enough water.
🔹1 tablespoon
soy sauce
sweet.
🔹1 tablespoon
salty soy sauce
🔹1 tablespoon of sauce
tomato.

🌸 ground spices:

🔹2 red chilies.
🔹5 curly chilies.
🔹1/2 teaspoon
pepper(here I am
use pepper
black, can be replaced
also with pepper
white or pepper
powder).
🔹 4 candlenuts.
🔹3 grains of garlic.
🔹2 onions
red.

🌸 how to make:

☑️ Boil dry noodles in boiling water until slightly cooked,then drain.

☑️ Cut the mustard greens according to taste, clean them first,Separate stems and leaves.

☑️ grind the spices that I mentioned earlier.

☑️heat the oil, add the chopped garlic, I only use one garlic grain.

☑️ Enter the spices that have been mashed earlier, stir evenly.

☑️ add sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce, and sauce.

☑️ add the mustard leaves that have been cut and cleaned, stir evenly until cooked, don't overcook because it will have a crunchy taste,Don't forget to add the mustard The trunk first, then add the leaves.

☑️Add enough water, then add the egg and stir until the egg breaks

☑️ add instant noodles that have been boiled, stir well until all the spices and noodles are mixed, wait for it to be perfectly cooked.

☑️ prepare and serve.

As a topping for instant noodles, I cut tomatoes and lemons as garnish, and instant noodles are ready to be enjoyed with the family.
