Pollo guisado con pasta y ensalada de aguacate/ Stewed chicken with pasta and avocado salad

Feliz tarde apreciada comunidad, en esta oportunidad comparto este rico almuerzo de hoy un rico pollo guisado acompañado de pastas y ensalada de aguacate.

Happy afternoon dear community, this time I share this delicious lunch today a delicious stewed chicken accompanied by pasta and avocado salad.

Para la preparación de este plato utilice los siguientes ingredientes:
*1kilo de pollo
*2 Tomates
*1 cebolla
*3Dientes de ajo

• Cilantro
  *2 Papas
  *Sal
  *1 Cubito
  *1kilo de pasta

Para la ensalada
*1 Aguacate
*2 Tomates
*Mayonesa
*Sal al gusto

For the preparation of this dish use the following ingredients:

• 1kg of chicken
• 2 Tomatoes
  *1 onion
  *3 garlic cloves
• Cilantro
• 2 Potatoes
  *Salt
• 1 Ice cube
• 1kg of pasta

For the salad

• 1 Avocado
• 2 Tomatoes
  *Mayonnaise
  *Salt to taste

En una olla coloque el pollo picado y le fui agregando las papas, el cilantro, cebolla y tomates picados, el aceite con colorante vegetal, la sal y el cubito, lo puse a cocinar todo junto para que los aliños se vayan guisando poco a poco, revolvemos y agregamos un agua.

In a pot, place the chopped chicken and I added the potatoes, the coriander, onion and chopped tomatoes, the oil with vegetable coloring, the salt and the cube, I put it to cook everything together so that the dressings are stewed little by little , we stir and add a water.

Para la ensalada pique en cuadritos el aguacate y el tomate, y le añadí una cucharada de mayonesa y una pizca de sal.

For the salad I diced the avocado and tomato, and I added a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a pinch of salt.

Antes de poner a guisar el pollo, puse a hervir el agua para las pastas, para que estuviera justo antes del pollo.

Before cooking the chicken, I boiled the water for the pasta, so that it was just before the chicken.

Al cabo de unos 20 minutos de poner a cocinar el pollo lo apagamos y servimos a nuestro gusto.
