El pollo es un alimento muy consumido en el mundo entero y se puede hacer de muchas maneras, aquí lo prepare en forma de "Chupetones de Pollo y Papas", verdaderamente delicioso y es otra opción a la hora de cocinarlo. Espero les guste esta idea y se diviertan con mi nueva receta.

Chicken is a food widely consumed throughout the world and it can be made in many ways, here I prepare it in the form of "Chicken and Potato Lollipops", truly delicious and it is another option when cooking it. - 1 muslo de pollo, 2 papas pequeñas, 100 grs de queso mozzarella, 1/2 taza de pan rallado, 1 huevo, 1 cucharada de sal, 1 cucharadita de orégano, aceite.
- 1 chicken thigh, 2 small potatoes, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon oregano, oil.

- Cortar el muslo de pollo de manera de sacar 2 piezas enteras con el hueso, llevamos al fuego con agua sal y orégano.

- Batir el huevo en una taza.
- Beat the egg in a cup.
- Cubrir con el huevo batido.
- Cover with the beaten egg.
- Pasar por el pan rallado.
- Go through the breadcrumbs.
- Calentar el aceite y colocar las piezas de pollo.
- Heat the oil and place the chicken pieces.
- Freír hasta dorar.
- Fry until golden.
