
¡Esperando que tengan un feliz fin de semana!, les traigo este delicioso almuerzo, fácil de preparar y cocinar a la hora que necesitemos salir a hacer diligencias, les presento mi "Bistec con Guisantes Verdes y Zanahoria", lo acompañé con ensalada de aguacate y un arroz hervido muy sabroso. I bring you this delicious lunch, easy to prepare and cook at the time we need to go out to do errands, I present my "Steak with Green Peas and Carrot", I accompanied it with avocado salad and a very tasty boiled rice. - 2 bistec, 1 lata de guisantes con zanahoria, 1 tomate, 1 cebolla, 1/2 aguacate, 3 dientes de ajo, salsa de soya, aceite, sal al gusto, paprika, agua.
- 2 steaks, 1 can of peas with carrots, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1/2 avocado, 3 garlic cloves, soy sauce , oil, salt to taste, paprika, water.

- Desgranamos los ajos y cortamos finamente.
- Shell the garlic and finely chop.
- Condimentamos los bistec con la sal al gusto y paprika por ambos lados.
- Season the steaks with salt to taste and paprika on both sides.
- Destapamos la lata de guisantes verdes con zanahoria y agregamos en un plato hondo.
- Uncover the can of green peas with carrots and add to a deep plate.
- En un sartén añadimos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y agregamos los ajos sofreímos por 2 min y añadimos los bistec.
- In a pan add a splash of oil, heat and add the garlic, fry for 2 min and add the steak.
- Doramos por ambos lados.
- We brown on both sides.
- Agregamos los guisantes verdes con zanahoria previamente escurridos.
- We add the previously drained green peas with carrots.
- Agregamos la salsa de soya al gusto.
- Add soy sauce to taste.
- Tapamos el sartén y cocinamos a fuego medio por 10 min, volteando los bistec y apagamos.
- Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 10 min, turning the steaks over and turn off.
- Lavamos el tomate y la cebolla y cortamos en trozos, sacamos la pulpa del aguacate.
- Wash the tomato and onion and cut into pieces, remove the pulp from the avocado.
- En un tazón los agregamos, espolvoreamos la sal al gusto y un chorrito de aceite y mezclamos.
- Add them to a bowl, sprinkle salt to taste and a splash of oil and mix.
