- 1/2 chicken breast, 1 eggplant, 1/2 carrot, 1 sprig of coriander, 1 sprig of chives, 2 grains of garlic , 3 sweet peppers, basil, oregano, salt to taste, oil.

- Lavamos y cortamos finamente el cilantro y el cebollín.

- En un sarten, agregamos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y añadimos la berenjena, ajíes, zanahoria y cebollín, sofreímos salteando constantemente por 5 min a fuego alto.
