Hola mi bella familia de Foodies Bee Hive es un agrado saludarles y compartir con ustedes,hoy desde la estancia de mi cocina les quiero compartir lo que fue el almuerzo que prepare para mi familia el día de hoy,un sabroso y crocante pollo frito estilo a la broaster el cual les quiero compartir como lo preparo yo.
Hello my beautiful Foodies Bee Hive family, it is a pleasure to greet you and share with you, today from the stay in my kitchen I want to share with you what was the lunch that I prepared for my family today, a tasty and crispy fried chicken style a the broaster which I want to share with you how I prepare it.

- sal
- oregano
- ajo
- harina de maíz (pan)
- condimentos
- aceite vegetal
- chicken
- Salt
- oregano
- Garlic
- cornmeal
- condiments
- vegetable oil
PASO 1:
Ya teniendo el pollo picado agregamos los condimentos,la sal,el orégano y el ajo machacado y mezclamos para integrar todo.
Having the chicken minced, add the seasonings, salt, oregano and crushed garlic and mix to integrate everything.
Paso 2:
Pasamos las piezas de pollo previamente condimentadas por la harina de maíz.
We pass the chicken pieces previously seasoned by the cornmeal.
Paso 3:
En un sarten colocamos el aceite y esperamos que este caliente,luego procedemos a colocar las piezas de pollo y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio hasta que doren.
In a pan we place the oil and wait for it to be hot, then we proceed to place the chicken pieces and let them cook over medium heat until golden brown.
Asi nos quedo este sabroso pollo frito lo pueden acompañar con arroz blanco y mantequilla como lo hice yo,también lo pueden acompañar con una ensalada,agradecida primeramente con Dios y ustedes mi comunidad hive por darme la oportunidad de compartir lo que fue mi almuerzo de hoy,sin mas nada que decir bendiciones para todos ❤️.
So we have this tasty fried chicken you can accompany it with white rice and butter as I did, you can also accompany it with a salad, grateful firstly to God and you, my hive community for giving me the opportunity to share what was my lunch today , with nothing more to say blessings for all ❤️
