Buenas noches amantes de la comida y los postres, que tengan una feliz noche, hoy les traigo un nuevo postre ideal para los pequeños de la casa, no soy muy buena haciendo una gelatina que me quede dura pero estoy practicando. Aquí les traigo mi mejor versión a mi familia le encanto el sabor de ambas pero la blanca me quedo mas dura que la morada. Bueno sin mas les daré mi receta.

Good evening, food and dessert lovers, have a good night, today I bring you a new ideal dessert for the little ones in the house, I'm not very good at making a hard jelly but I'm practicing. Here I bring you my best version, my family loved the taste of both, but the white one was harder than the purple one. Well, I'll just give you my recipe.

Ingredientes:

1 Sobre de Gelatina Sabor Mora
1 Sobre de Gelatina Sin Sabor
1 Cucharadita de Vainilla
1/2 Taza de Leche
1/2 Taza de Azúcar

Ingredients:

1 Envelope of Blackberry Flavor Gelatin
1 Sachet of Unflavored Gelatin
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sugar

Procedimiento:

Primeramente diluí la gelatina de mora en una taza de agua caliente y luego le agregue una de agua fría como lo indica pero por eso creo que me quedo muy blandita, recomiendo hacerla con 1 de agua caliente y media de agua fría. La mezcla la pasamos a un recipiente de su gusto previamente engrasado con un poquito de aceite. Luego la metemos a la nevera durante 1 hora.

First, I diluted the blackberry jelly in a cup of hot water and then I added one of cold water as indicated, but that's why I think it is very soft, I recommend making it with 1 hot water and a half cold water. The mixture is transferred to a container of your liking previously greased with a little oil. Then we put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Una vez la gelatina de mora este cuajada comencé la preparación de una gelatina de leche. Para ello diluí leche en una taza de agua, la puse a calentar, luego le agregue el azúcar, la gelatina sin sabor, la mezcle y para finalizar la media taza de agua fría. La agregue a la misma gelatina morada previamente cuajada y la metí 1 hora mas a la nevera.

Once the blackberry jelly was curd, I started preparing a milk jelly. To do this, I diluted milk in a cup of water, put it to heat, then added the sugar, the unflavored gelatin, mixed it and to finish the half cup of cold water. I added it to the same purple jelly previously curdled and I put it in the fridge for another hour.

Y listo una vez cuajada solo queda desmoldar y a comer.

And ready once it is set, it only remains to unmold and eat.
