6 clavos de olor

Paso # 1

Colocamos en una olla a fuego moderado la azúcar y el agua cuando esta rompa a hervir agregar los clavos de olor y dejar formar un almíbar.

Paso # 2

Posteriormente agregar el coco poca a poca y con una paleta de madera ir incorporando hasta unir todo el coco con la almibar y mover constantemente.
