Hola amigos amantes de la cocina, muchos saludos a esta comunidad de #foodiesbeehive, ya que hoy me complace en presentar una receta fácil y deliciosa, que preparé hoy en mi almuerzo. Se trata del pollo con crema blanca, quise variar hoy el menú, por lo tanto la preparación le puse un poco de mi creatividad, ya que en la cocina nos aventuramos a nuevos platos, con colores y sabores, también quise probar esta receta que leí hace tiempo en las redes y me llamo la atención ya que el pollo es mi proteína favorita.
Hello friends cooking lovers, many greetings to this community of #foodiesbeehive, as today I am pleased to present an easy and delicious recipe, which I prepared today in my lunch. It is chicken with white cream, I wanted to vary the menu today, therefore the preparation I put a little of my creativity, since in the kitchen we venture into new dishes, with colors and flavors, I also wanted to try this recipe that I read some time ago in the networks and I called my attention since chicken is my favorite protein.
Chicken is an important source of nutrients such as proteins, lipids, Vitamin 3 and minerals such as iron, calcium,fósforo, zinc, sodium, magnesium, potassium and others. It is easy to digest for our organism.
It is also very versatile when it comes to making recipes with it, it can be roasted, baked, stewed, fried and with creams of many colors such as red, green and white depending on the ingredients you prefer. So let's get to work.
Pechugas de pollo en filete
1 cebolla
Crema de leche
Maíz
Mostaza
Salsa inglesa
Ajo
Aceite
Sal, cúrcuma y pimienta al gusto.
Chicken breast fillet
1 onion
Milk cream
Corn
Mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
Garlic
Oil
Salt, turmeric and pepper to taste.
- Primero preparé los filete de la pechuga, le agregué mis condimentos favoritos como cúrcuma, salsa inglesa, sal, pimienta y un toque de mostaza, mezcle y por ultimo el ajo triturado. Reposé media hora para que se integraran los sabores.
First I prepared the breast fillets, added my favorite seasonings such as turmeric, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and a touch of mustard, mixed and finally the crushed garlic. I let it rest for half an hour for the flavors to integrate.
- Después en un sartén con aceite a fuego medio, cocinamos los filetes por ambos lados, solo doramos. Una vez cocidos reservamos.
Then in a frying pan with oil over medium heat, cook the fillets on both sides, just brown. Once cooked we reserve.
- Seguidamente realicé la crema blanca, pique cebollas en julianas y cocine hasta que cristalicen luego añadí el maíz y seguidamente la crema de leche y un punto de pimienta.
Then I made the white cream, chopped the onion in julienne strips and cooked until they crystallized, then I added the corn and then the milk cream and a dash of pepper.
- Es hora de agregar los filete de pollo a la crema, hervir 5 minutos y apagar.
It is time to add the chicken fillets to the cream, boil for 5 minutes and turn off.
Ready to serve the chicken fillets in white sauce, for today's lunch I accompanied it with yellow rice and slices. and it turned out delicious as it is a dish full of flavors. Nothing better than enjoying one of your favorite meals, and if it is in the company of important and special people, it is super.
