Grilled Matsusaka Pork

Matsusaka meat is the most precious place for the whole pig. It has fat but is not soft.
The location is where the cheeks connect to the chin, and only two pieces of a pig’s neck can be taken out.
Add up to only 500~600 grams.

Sounds like it is very precious, right?

This part of the meat tastes crispy and has a great taste.
It's suitable for roasting, and then cut it into thin slices,
Dip some mustard and salt and pepper when you want to eat it,
Putting the meat into your mouth in one bite is really choking, spicy and enjoyable^^
