Hoy no les traigo una receta, hoy les muestro recuerdos de un curso de especialización en comida asiática que pude realizar hace algunos años, fue realizado en el instituto de gastronomía cuisineart en Puerto Ordaz estado Bolívar.
Today I do not bring you a recipe, today I show memories of a specialization course in Asian food that I was able to take a few years ago, it was held at the cuisineart gastronomy institute in Puerto Ordaz, Bolívar state.

From the hand of our instructor Edward Lara Venezuelan Chef focused on Asian food with a Latin touch that has allowed him to be in final instances of international Asian gastronomy competitions such as The Global Taste of Korea.
El curso nos llevó a conocer la gastronomía de 4 países asiáticos sin salir de Venezuela, aprendimos de la comida Japonesa, china, coreana y tailandesa además tuvo un apartado con platos de comida callejera asiática.
The course took us to know the gastronomy of 4 Asian countries without leaving Venezuela, we learned about Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Thai food, it also had a section with Asian street food dishes.
Éramos alrededor de una docena de participantes, tuve oportunidad de conocer personas maravillosas y de gran valor humano, la prueba final fue una presentación de comida asiática para un jurado compuesto por personas prominentes en la gastronomía y cultura asiática de la ciudad.
We were about a dozen participants, I had the opportunity to meet wonderful people of great human value, the final test was a presentation of Asian food for a jury made up of prominent people in the Asian gastronomy and culture of the city.
