Special adobo with soda

Good day everyone!
I'm newbie here in this community and like you i love also cooking and make different meal for my family and friends..
Let me share this filipino cuisine that goes to every country that have a filipino community.
This is my own version and mix the traditional way of cooking it .

We need this.
Soy sauce at any brand 100ml
Vinegar (white) 100ml
Brown sugar 5 tablespoon full
Coca cola small bottle
Garlic cloves 5-7pcs
Onion with leaks
White onion
Potatoes 3 medium size or more
Chili powder
Black pepper powder
Onion powder

Preparation
Sliced the garlic and onion into mince cut and set aside
Wash the pork many times to remove the blood stain and cut it on bite size.

And now let's start.
We need to saute the onion leaks and garlic in small amount of oil.

Now the pork and sprinkle with
Chili powder and black pepper.

And let's put the soda and soy sauce(100)ml
Let it simmer about 30ms in medium heat with also the chop potatoes.

After 25-30 minutes..

Set aside the sauce and potatoes and we are ready for frying.. this time put a 5ml of oil and fry the pork alone for another 10 minutes

Mix the sauce and white onion in the pan and mix well..and you will have it the sweet spicy pork adobo with soda.
