Holaaa, Hoy les tengo una súper receta, si eres nuevo, soy Valentina y quería contarles que desde muy pequeña me encantó la gastronomía, vivía intentando distintos platillos hasta que un día hice unos cupcakes (que no quedaron precisamente buenos) pero a partir de allí empecé a esforzarme más y hoy les presento una de mis recetas favoritas, la torta húmeda de chocolate!!

Porqué además de ser un excelente postre, todos lo aman, hasta los menos amantes del chocolate ya que su sabor es único, no empalaga y al variar las coberturas que le agregues tiene notas distintas, en definitiva es uno de los postres que mejor hago y que vale la pena comer. Aparte de todo eso, tiene un PLUS, no se necesita una batidora eléctrica (aunque si la tienes, puedes usarla), todo lo podemos hacer con un batidor de mano e incluso un tenedor.

Para la torta:
• 400 ml de Leche liquida
• 100 ml de aceite
• 2 huevos
• 290 gr de azúcar
• 270 gr de harina de trigo
• 70 gr de cacao en polvo (65gr para la torta/ 5gr para el molde)
• 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
• 2 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear
• 1 cucharadita de margarina o mantequilla

• 2 eggs
• 290 g of sugar
• 270 gr of wheat flour

• 1 teaspoon margarine or butter

Para el Mousse de chocolate (relleno):
• 200 ml de crema de leche
• 100 gr de chocolate cobertura derretido (puede ser a baño Maria o microondas)

For the chocolate mousse (filling):
• 200 ml of heavy cream
• 100 gr of melted chocolate coverage (can be in a double boiler or microwave)

Para decorarla:
• 150 gr de Crema de Avellanas (Pueden usar la que deseen, yo uso Nuzzart porque la consigo más rápido en mi país, pero con NUTELLA queda divina)
• 35gr de Gotas de chocolate blanco.

To decorate it:

• 35gr of drops of white chocolate.

Importante:

  • Se horneará a 180° C.
  • Su tiempo de horneado es de 40 a 50 minutos.
  • En esta ocasión utilice un molde circular de 25 centímetros de diámetro.

Preparación:

Primeramente debemos encender el horno a 180°C. Engrasar nuestro Molde con la margarina y espolvorear los 5 gr de cacao, este paso es súper importante porque si el molde no queda completamente engrasado y lleno de cacao, la torta podría pegarse y sería un caos al desmoldarla.

Seguido de esto buscamos la licuadora y añadimos la leche líquida, los huevos, el aceite y el azúcar, dejamos licuar por 2 minutos aproximadamente.

Retiramos de la licuadora y colocamos en una taza grande donde podamos mezclar. Listo esto, con la ayuda de un colador o tamiz empezaremos a agregar la harina de trigo, el cacao, el polvo de hornear y el bicarbonato, batimos bien hasta que obtengamos una mezcla homogénea.

Agregamos la preparación al molde que teníamos previamente listo y al horno por 40-50 minutos.

Mientras nuestra deliciosa torta se encuentra en el horno, vamos a preparar el mousse de chocolate. Primero picamos bien el chocolate cobertura para derretirlo, en este caso lo introduje al microondas en intervalos de 30, 15, 10 y 5 segundos; Pero si desean hacerlo a baño María es igual de efectivo.

En una taza colocamos la crema de leche y el chocolate derretido, mezclamos bien para incorporarlos y que retenga aire la mezcla. La llevamos a la nevera para que esté fría al momento de utilizarla.

Al pasar los 40 minutos revisamos la torta, introducimos un palillo o la punta de un cuchillo y si estos salen limpios (sin mezcla) nuestra torta ya está perfectamente horneada. La dejamos reposar unos 40 minutos para poder desmoldar, transcurrido este tiempo la colocamos en una bandeja.

Con la ayuda de un cuchillo la rebanamos a la mitad, sacamos el mousse de la nevera, agregamos toda la mezcla y la esparcimos, seguido colocamos la tapa de la torta.

With the help of a knife we slice it in half, take the mousse out of the fridge, add all the mixture and spread it, followed by placing the lid on the cake.

Buscamos nuestros 150gr de crema de avellanas y los llevamos al microondas por 15 segundos si deseas que este más manejable (lo puedes usar a temperatura ambiente). Agregamos la crema de avellanas y esparcimos.

Por último, agregamos las gotitas de chocolate blanco alrededor y listo, nuestra deliciosa torta húmeda de chocolate está lista para compartir.
