Very tasty and nutritious Dudh Taru roast recipe😋

Here I am again with a very delicious and nutritious recipe, my recipe today is Milk Taro Roasted Delicious Recipe.We have different types of taro available in Bangladesh
There are different types of taro available in all parts of Bangladesh, but some of the taro that is cultivated can be eaten.

Among them is milk taro, this taro is cultivated
My father loves this taro very much. This milk taro has nutritional properties, those who have rheumatism in their body are very benefited by eating this curd. It is very delicious to eat milk taro fish with lentils or roasted like this.Today I have made a fried recipe with milk taro, so I thought to share it with my foodie friends. Hope my friends will like my made milk taro recipe.
So let's start the recipe

Materials
  • Milk is a lot of data,

  • Two onions,

  • A tomato,

  • Six or seven green chillies,

  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp,

  • Red chilli powder half spoon,

  • One spoon of turmeric powder,

  • A teaspoon of cumin and coriander powder,

  • Salt to taste,

  • Five spoons of soybean oil,

In the first step, I cut the dudh taru data into medium pieces and wash them with clean water. When the milk taro pieces are washed, I will boil the stalks in the stove with a pot of water and turmeric powder. When the stalks are boiled, turn off the stove and drain the water like this.

Once the taro is cooked, now I blend the taro stalks, green chillies and tomatoes in a blender machine like this

Once the taro stalks are blended, put five spoons of soybean oil in a pan on the stove. When the oil is hot, fry the chopped onions in a pan on a medium flame till the onion turns brown. When the chopped onions turn brown, add garlic paste and fry them on a medium flame.

When the chopped onion and garlic batter are fried, now I will fry all the spice powders one by one on medium flame of the stove for a while. When the masala powder is fried, I will pour the blended taro paste in the pan

Now mix the taro paste with masala and fry it on medium heat of the stove for ten minutes. After ten minutes, if the milk taro recipe is roasted, I will turn off the stove.

A very delicious Taru Buna recipe has been prepared. This recipe tastes great with hot rice or Polarov. I hope you will like my taru recipe
