There are many people who don't like desi chicken meat. Now every one of us eats broiler chicken. Broiler chicken meat tastes different from broiler chicken meat, but the nutritional value is much higher.Now people do not keep native chickens at home due to the touch of modernity. So people are attracted to this broiler chicken meat. To be honest I don't usually like to eat broiler chicken much as I love country chicken.Desi chicken meat is delicious no matter how it is cooked, I made a desi chicken roast recipe for dinner tonight so thought I'd share this delicious recipe with my food loving friends.Hope my foodie friends will like my homemade chicken roast recipe
So let's start, let me share with you step by step how I made the very delicious Desi Chicken Roast Recipe.

Chicken meat with bones | 1 kg |

Garlic paste | 2 tbsp |
ginger paste | One and a half spoons |
red chili powder | One and a half teaspoons of |
turmeric powder | 1 tbsp |
Cumin Coriander Powder | 1 tsp |
Garam masala powder | 1 tsp |
Soybean oil | 8 tsp |

step 1:
First, I cut the chicken meat into medium pieces. Now I wash the chicken meat with clean water and take it on a plate. When the chicken meat is washed, I put 8 spoons of soybean oil in a pan on the stove. When the oil is hot, add the chopped onions to the pan on medium heat. I will fry it
step 2:
When the onion flakes turn light brown in color, I fry the ginger garlic paste along with the onion flakes for a while on medium flame. Once the ginger garlic and onion flakes are fried, I add all the spices and fry them on low flame for two minutes.
step 3:
When all the ingredients are fried for about two minutes, now I will put the pieces of washed desi chicken meat on the bone and mix it with the masala with the help of a spoon.
step 4:
After about 5 minutes the chicken meats are grated with the spices, this time I will add enough water to boil the chicken meats. I will cover with a lid with enough water and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat of the stove
step 5:
After 15 minutes, if the desi chicken broth is dry and browned, I will turn off the stove.
A very delicious home grown chicken roast recipe is ready. This recipe tastes very delicious with hot rice and pola.
