So let's share the recipe with you step by step
Eggplant 500 grams,
5 pieces of tilapia fish,
Two onions,
One spoon of garlic paste,
Like quantity of onion leaves,
One and a half teaspoons of red chili powder,
One spoon of turmeric powder,
Cumin Coriander powder half spoon,
Salt to taste,
Eight spoons of soybean oil,
step 1:
In the first step I cut the eggplant into medium pieces and wash it with clean water. I have washed the tilapia fish pieces before. Now I will mix the tilapia fish pieces with half spoon of turmeric powder and salt to taste well to fry the fish.
step 2:
After the tilapia fish pieces are rubbed with yellow salt, I will put eight spoons of soybean oil in a pan on the stove. When the oil is hot, fry the tilapia fish pieces with yellow salt in the pan.
step 3:
When the tilapia fish pieces are fried, add the remaining oil for frying the fish to the bones, then fry the chopped onions and green chillies in the bones and fry them on a medium flame until the onion pieces turn brown in color. When the onions turn brown in color, add the chopped eggplant pieces
step 4:
Fry the pieces of brinjal with onion. When the eggplant is fried, add the onion leaves and all the spice powder one by one to the bone and stir well with the eggplant pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes.
step 5:
When the masalas are fried with eggplant for three to four minutes, now I will add the quantity. Now add the tilapia fish pieces to the bone and cover with a lid and cook for ten minutes. After ten minutes, remove the delicious eggplant tilapia fish curry from the oven
