Here I come to you with a very delicious nutritious and very easy recipe, my recipe today is Small Shrimp Fish Pakora
There are very few people in the world who do not like shrimps. Big shrimps say small shrimps. All shrimps are a favorite fish of all. Various recipes can be prepared with shrimp fish and it looks very delicious
Now it's winter, winter sea shrimps are born more. So fishermen send these small shrimp fish to different parts of Bangladesh to sell
So it is lucky to get small shrimps in the sea in Dhaka. Making pakoras with these small prawns is very tasty and also tastes great with various curries. Today I have prepared prawn pakora recipe like my mother. So thought of sharing this delicious recipe with you guys hope you like the recipe I made.
So let's share with you step by step how I made a nutritious and easy pakora recipe with small prawns.

Small Prawn Pakora Ingredients
  • Small shrimp fish 250 grams,

  • Two onions,

  • One spoon of garlic paste,

  • Six or seven green chillies,

  • A teaspoon of red pepper,

  • Half spoon of turmeric powder,

  • Cumin Coriander powder half spoon,

  • Like quantity of coriander leaves,

  • Soybean oil 10 tsp,

  • Salt to taste,

In the first step, I will clean the small shrimps, after cleaning, I will wash them with clean water and put them in a plate like this.

When the small shrimps are taken on the plate, I will first add chopped onion and garlic batter. When onion and garlic are mixed, now I will mix all the spices powder with small shrimps and knead it well with my hands.

After all the ingredients are mixed with small prawns, now I leave it for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I will make small balls with the help of hands.

When the small shrimps are made into balls, add 10 spoons of soybean oil to a pan on the stove. When the oil is hot, fry the small shrimp fish pakoras one by one in the pan on medium heat of the stove. When one side is red and fried, flip the other side.

If fried, now I will fry the pakoras by squeezing them well with a spoon. As if the prawns are fried inside the fish pakoras, if they are fried red red, I will pick up all the pakoras one by one.
