Prefer to buy healthy food at home? Every food at home is prepared very carefully and healthily. We all need to eat home cooked food but we don't know how healthy is restaurant food.
I have said before that my family doesn't like restaurant food that much
So many dishes are prepared at home, many of us love to eat potato paratha but due to lack of time do not eat it at home.
Today I have made very easy tasty and nutritious potato paratha with different vegetable potatoes
This aloo paratha is as easy to make as it is delicious. Aloo paratha is made with delicious vegetables on a hot winter afternoon but nothing else is needed. Hope you like my vegetable and aloo paratha recipe.
So let's start by sharing with you step by step how I made very tasty potato paratha with vegetables and potatoes
Three potatoes,
Two tomatoes,
Two onions,
Like quantity of onion leaves,
coriander leaves,
one cup of flour,
Eight or nine green chillies,
One teaspoon of red chili powder,
Half spoon of turmeric powder,
Two teaspoons of cumin and coriander powder,
Salt to taste,
Three spoons of soybean oil,
step 1:
In the first step, I will throw away the skin of the potato. Now I will chop the onion leaves and tomatoes. Now I will boil the potato pieces in a pot of water.When the potato pieces are boiled, drain the water and cool the potatoes, grate the potatoes with the help of a grater machine like this.
step 2:
Once the potato pieces are grated, now I mash all the ingredients one by one with the potatoes using my hands like this
step 3:
When all the ingredients are kneaded, now I will add one cup of flour. When the flour is added, I will make a batter with three spoons of soybean oil and one cup of water.
step 4:
When paratha batter is made with vegetables and potatoes, now I put a pan on the stove. When the pan is hot, add the vegetable and potato batter to the pan with a round spoon
step 5:
Put the vegetables and potatoes in a batter pan and use a spoon to make rounds like this. Now cover it with a lid and fry it on medium flame. When one side of the vegetable and potato patties are fried, fry the other side red and remove the pan
