I am here with one of my favorite recipes, today's recipe is a delicious duck curry

Duck meat tastes different on winter days, duck meat roast or light broth curry is just what you want to eat.

My father and I are very fond of eating duck meat. When winter comes, a lot of duck meat is eaten but this time not much is eaten due to father being sick and also the prices of commodities in our country have gone out so a family like us has to think about having a good meal.
Dad and I talk about favorite food. As a hobby, my father bought a duck to cook and eat, so today I will share with you a very tasty and nutritious duck meat curry recipe. Hope you all will like my recipe
So let's start how I cooked duck meat very deliciously

Ingredients for cooking duck meat
  • One kg of duck boned meat,

  • Three large onions,

  • One and a half teaspoons of red chili powder,

  • One spoon of turmeric powder,

  • Cumin coriander powder one spoon,

  • Three spoons of ginger soup paste,

  • Meat Garam Masala half spoon,

  • Soybean oil 10 tsp,

  • Salt to taste,

In the first step, I cut the duck meat into medium pieces, wash it with clean water and put it on a plate. Put 10 spoons of soybean oil in a pot on the stove, when the oil is hot, fry the chopped onions in the pot on medium heat of the stove.When the chopped onion turns light brown in color, now I will fry the ginger garlic paste along with the chopped onion on medium heat of the stove.

When the ginger and garlic batter is fried, now I will add all the spice powder one by one. When all the masala powders are put in the pot, now I stir the masala powders with the help of a spoon and roast them on very low flame.

When all the ingredients are fried, add the washed duck meat to the bone and stir it with a spoon and fry it for a while. On medium heat of the stove.

If the meat with duck bones is fried with spices, I will cook the duck meat with this amount of water on medium heat of the stove for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I will turn off the duck meat curry broth if it becomes dry

Duck curry recipe looks super 😍😍 it's hard to find duck in my region unfortunately but looks really good, I love curry based recipes.
