I love me some sausages in everything really, sometimes I end up eating up more of the much I made for the food before using them in the food. Fried eggs does that to me as well. Haha.
How about you tweak this recipe a little, and add bold scrambled eggs to the mix after the water has dried up. Use Cameroon/black pepper to fry the eggs. Any dried pepper would suffice though. YW 😁.

I do want me some creamy rich pasta with cheese, I'll try it sometime. 😊
