Lemon Chicken

This is an amazing dish for snacks and also it is purely healthy for every one, very healthy for people who workout or gym lovers who only want to consume pure protein. The dish is made in pressure cooker due to which tender chicken loses all its fats. The lemon juice not only creates a piquant flavour but also is a catalyst for celluloids breakdown in a human body. Not only the amazing taste this also is a effortlessly easy to prepare. Well, I will tell you the whole recipe in detail but let me start with the ingredients first.

Ingredients:

  • Tender Chicken - 4-- Gms.
  • 3 Lemons.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Black pepper - half a tablespoon.

Firstly, add salt and black pepper powder to tender chicken.

Now, Squeeze all the lemons in the same.

With the use of hand mix the tender chicken well to marinate. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes put chicken and remaining lemon juice in a pressure cooker.

Now close the lid of the cooker and put it on high flame for 2 to 3 whistles, and it will be ready.
