Hot Chocolate

Probably, one of the most ordered hot beverage in a cafe. Today I am going to show you how to make cafe style hot chocolate at home. The drink takes not more than 5 minutes to get prepared and this is so fulfilling when you have that little craving after supper. Let's start the whole recipe very quickly.

Ingredients

• 1 cup of Milk.
• 2 teaspoon of Cocoa Powder.
• 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
• 1 cardamom.

First add Milk in an open vessel on medium flame.

Now peel the Cardamom skin and add to the Milk.

Now add Sugar.

Finally add Cocoa Powder, to the milk.

The point to add all the ingredients in the start is not to form lumps while adding Cocoa powder.

Now turn the flame to high and stir until no lump is formed.

Bring the drink to boil. And it is ready.

Take a strainer, and strain the hot chocolate in a cup.

The best home-made Hot-chocolate is ready to drink.
