It has been a long time that I have posted, especially since some days there has been a ridiculous spike in covid cases in India. Almost all the parts of India are under lockdown. I wish for everyone's safety.
Coming back tot he dish, in these difficult times I would certainly advise everyone to have nutritious food as much as you can. I will be sharing a lot of healthy recipes. For today I have prepared a very special and healthy recipe. This is amazing to taste.
Bottle Gourd - A.K.A. Calabash.
Bottle Gourd is amazingly tasty and very nutritious, especially in these tough time I must say to everyone to eat green and leafy vegetables to keep the immunity boosted. This is an easy recipe only a few steps. So without further wait let us see the steps.
Ingredients :
- Round Bottle Gourd.
- Salt to taste.
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp.
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp.
- Also, I have added Amritsari Wadi(Piquant Chunks made of dried lentils). Will be added directly into the dish.
It is my favourite vegetable. Making it with Wadiyan is totally new for me. Thanks for sharing.
