Hola amigos hoy les voy a enseñar como preparar un delicioso bizcocho de leche
Es muy practico y sencillo de prepararlo, los ingredientes que van a necesitar son muy fácil de conseguir
Ingredientes
4 Huevos
2 Tazas de azúcar
2 Tazas de harina de trigo
1 Taza de leche caliente
1 Cucharada de levadura
2 Cucharadas de margarina (completas)
Preparación
se puede preparar de forma manual con paleta o a batidora para mayor facilidad.
los primero que se debe hacer es separar las claras de la yemas.
se baten las claras hasta que estén a puntos de nieve
luego se mezclan yemas con las claras y se bate un poco mas hasta mezclarlas muy bien
una vez mezcladas las claras y las yemas se añade la azúcar hasta incorporarla muy bien
luego agregamos la harina y seguimos batiendo
Calentamos la leche junto con las 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, una vez caliente la agregamos poco a poco a nuestra mezcla
Por ultimo agregamos la levadura esta debe solo moverse y no batir.
Engrasar y bandeja y llevar al horno por 40 minutos aproximadamente, una vez listo desmoldar esperar a que este a temperatura ambiente y a disfrutar
