Ingredient
Fish cut into 8-10 pieces
Salt As quantity
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Chili powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste 2 teaspoons
Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
Onion paste 4 tablespoons
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Water Like quantity
Oil 1 tablespoon
Raw onion and chili powder As quantity
Step 1
First I wash the fish that has been cut and put it in a container.
Step 2
I put it in the pot with a little onion and chili powder.
Step 3
Now take the ginger, garlic, onion and turmeric paste, chili powder and salt in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and add chopped onion and do not fry for a while.
Step 5
Now add the ginger garlic paste and salt, turmeric and chili powder and mix well.
Step 6
Now the fish must be mixed with spices and netted with water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 7
Now add 1 teaspoon of cumin powder and cover with a little more water and cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 8
After 15 minutes, once cooked, remove and serve.
