Meat in the market is expensive for Me us now. So I decided Make meatballs without meat,so replace it with sausage The ones that are a bit cheaper,but the sausages are put inside the meatballs.
Now there are many who sell Aci meatballs packaged with complete spices,but I prefer making rather than buying. Usually when I buy Aci meatballs I get a little. If you make it yourself So will be more.
The ingredients are.
. 1/4 Aci Flour
. 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
. 2 sausages
. 2 cloves of garlic
. 1 glass of water
. Salt and seasoning to taste
. Chili sauce to taste
. Chicken stock to taste.
The first step is to put the wheat flour and sago flour into a bowl. Then add one glass of water and knead the dough until smooth.
Puree the garlic and add it to the dough. Also add salt and flavoring. Stir again,Until evenly distributed.
After that, grind the sausage and add two tablespoons of chili sauce to make it spicy.And stir until well blended.
Take a dough of the size Marbles and flatten them,add the sausage mixture on top Then roll the dough Become round.
The last step is to heat the water sufficiently Until it boils.Then add the meatball mixture,cook until the meatballs are about Just fifteen minutes. Add salt and chicken stock to taste.
This is the result of the cooking. Aci meatballs are cheap and easy to make. You can also add celery leaves or spring onions To your taste, Children don't really like celery leaves And Fried onions so I didn't add them.It's delicious to eat while it's warm,especially in the rainy season like this.
