- Garlic chopped - 2 teaspoon
- Ginger chopped - 1 teaspoon
- Green chili chopped - 2 teaspoon
- Onion chopped - 2 cup
- Cabbage chopped - 1 cup
- Cauliflower chopped - 1 cup
- Broccoli Chopped - 1 cup
- Capsicum chopped - 1 cup
- Spring onion chopped - 1 cup
- Carrots chopped - 1 cup
- Salt to test
- Cornflower - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 3 tablespoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Maggie Slices - 2
- Soya Sauce - 3 tablespoon
- (You can give Vegetables of your choice)
Put oil & butter in a hot pan, then add garlic, ginger, green chill chopped. Then lightly fry with onion, then you have to give all the chopped vegetables, keeping the gas film high. After all is lightly fried, add salt to taste & soya sauce to the vegetables.
Now you have to shake it well for 2-3 seconds. Now cover the vegetables with water according to the quantity, this time you have to keep the film medium of gas.
Now put 1 tbsp of cornflower in 5 tbsp water.
When the boil comes in the vegetables, you have to give Maggie slices in it. Now after 5 minutes you have to put in the cornflower that has been wrapped before and shake it for 3 minutes immediately, due to this, it will become lamps as a result of giving cornflowers. Then ready Maggie Soup with Vegetables.
