Hope that you guys are doing well. It's a pleasure to write again. These few days I was a little bit sick with my blood pressure. It's starting to cool off. On Sunday morning I decided to make flapjacks. My son helped me to make it he was excited about it, but he didn't want me to take a picture of him while we made it. For lucky I could take one haha but very shy though.

You can enjoy flapjacks with anything, syrup, jam, cheese and so much more.
As you can see added to mine a mix of fruit jam and some sandwich spread. Let me give you the recipe for these nice flapjacks. I didn't have eggs in the house and it also came out so delicious.

Here are the ingredients of this nice recipe.

● 210 grams of cake flour
● 20 ml baking powder
● 15 ml sugar
● 335 ml of milk
● 5ml salt
● 5ml white vinegar
● oil to fry
● 60 ml of butter

Measure the flower and add it to a bowl I used a plastic bowl.

Next up add the amount of salt to the flour and add all the dry ingredients to the flour.

Now take the amount of milk and it to another bowl.

What I did next was to take the amount of butter and melt it in the microwave until it was a soft fluid. Then you can add it to the milk.

Add the amount of vinegar to the butter and milk and stir well.

Now the dry ingredients are on one side and the fluid ingredients are on one side.
Now mix everything together. I also added some vanilla extract to the mixture it gave more flavor.

Now the mixture is ready to make some nice flapjacks. Okay, I turned the stove on number 4 first to get the heat up and added a little bit of oil to fry. Then I turned the stove on number 3.

Now all the flapjacks are done and ready to eat.

Today is Monday. A new week let's see what happens this week. Oh yeah, I am going for a checkup again on Thursday to see how the baby girl is going along. I can't wait.
