Yeah I've personally noticed that my body doesn't handle a lot of meat very well, on top of that (even though it's defo MUCH better than in Hungary so far) I don't like that many types of meat much and I'd be fed up eating the same thing. I do lean towards trying that fasting again, as I remember it indeed made me feel much more energetic. and then maybe combined with a few days of vegetarian as I know I can defo keep up with that. But I don't know if the combi is good, still need to read into it. Too much still to take care of so for now, I'll do with our diet as is lol.
