Contest Start date:	1st of Month
Contest End date:	10th of Month [ten days to submit your recipe(s)]
How Winner selected	Winner selection will be via dpoll vote
Timeframe to vote:	5 days after close of contest [11th - 15th of each month] [watch for dpoll post for voting dates and instructions]
Winner Post published:	16th of each month
Announcement Post for next month's contest/category:	25th of each month
