Hoy comparto una deliciosa receta de pollo con verduras salteadas al estilo oriental, con un sabor exquisito y con muchos nutrientes, es perfecta para el almuerzo. La inclusión del pollo en la dieta diaria es fundamental porque contiene proteínas y tiene numerosos beneficios positivos para la salud. Lo que me gusta de esta receta es que podemos incorporar los vegetales que más nos gusten y tengamos a mano. Espero que la disfruten.

Today I share a delicious recipe of chicken with vegetables sautéed oriental style, with an exquisite flavor and with many nutrients, it is perfect for lunch. 250 grs de pechuga de pollo, 02 zanahorias, 20 grs de vainitas, 01 cebolla, 01 pimentón verde, 01 pimentón rojo, 03 dientes de ajo, 04 cucharadas de salsa de soja, 02 cucharadas de maicena, sal y pimienta al gusto.

250 grams of chicken breast, 02 carrots, 20 grams of green beans, 01 onion, 01 green bell pepper, 01 red bell pepper, 03 cloves of garlic, 04 tablespoons of soy sauce, 02 tablespoons of cornstarch, salt and pepper to taste.

Lo primero que hago es lavar y cortar el pollo en tiras y lo condimentamos con la sal, la pimienta, el ajo cortado en cuadros pequenos, la salsa de soja y la maicena, revolvemos y dejamos marinar.
The first thing I do is wash and cut the chicken into strips and season it with salt, pepper, garlic cut into small squares, soy sauce and cornstarch, stir and marinate.

Mientras se marina el pollo, lavamos y cortamos en juliana, la cebolla, los pimentones, la zanahoria y las vainitas.

Luego ponemos los pimentones , las zanahoria y las vainitas a cocinar al vapor.

Ya pasado el tiempo del marinado, en un sarten con aceite ponemos a freir el pollo hasta que quede doradito.

En una olla colocamos una cucharada de aceite y agregamos la cebolla, cocinamos por unos segundos revolviendo constantemente, luego añadimos los pimentones el pollo, las zanahorias y las vainitas, salteamos por unos minutos.

En un bol coloco una cucharada de maicena, 03 cucharadas de salsa de soja y tres cucharadas de agua, revuelvo y se la añado al pollo, tapo y cocino por tres minutos mas y listo.
