oh, yum! 😋 This sounds great, especially with fresh tomato! I've often used paprika powder as a garnish on top of an already-cooked dish, but never put it in during the cooking process. Thanks for the tip about its burning easily!

I'm Hungarian and most of the Hungarian dishes have paprika added. In Hungary, most of the dishes are red from paprika, so I suggest you try adding paprika, not just as a garnish. It gives the food a nice flavor! 🙂
