Homemade Pizza! {ENG-ESP}

Hey guys,

so today I made a homemade pizza and it tasted delicious so I wanted to share it with you.

así que hoy hice una pizza casera y estaba deliciosa, así que quería compartirla con ustedes.

I make my dough with flour, water, yeast only and I add a touch of salt and pepper to it.

The ratio depends on the quantity you want but I try to put for each 4 cups of flower 2 1/1 tsp of yeast for it to bloom well.

And after making the dough, I top with mozzarella cheese, olives, green bell pepper, mushrooms and some tomatoes. The topping is a choice really I would have added sausage to it if I had at that time but this tasted amazing.

And finally before baking it, I add some chunks of butter on top to give it a rich taste after it is baked. And I like to bake it until the cheese get this reddish color and it tastes amazing!

Hago mi masa con harina, agua, solo levadura y le agrego un toque de sal y pimienta.

La proporción depende de la cantidad que quieras pero trato de poner por cada 4 tazas de flor 2 1/1 cucharadita de levadura para que florezca bien.

Y después de hacer la masa, cubro con queso mozzarella, aceitunas, pimiento verde, champiñones y unos tomates. El aderezo es una elección, realmente le habría agregado salchichas si lo hubiera hecho en ese momento, pero sabía increíble.

Y finalmente, antes de hornearlo, agrego algunos trozos de mantequilla encima para darle un sabor rico después de hornearlo. ¡Y me gusta hornearlo hasta que el queso tome este color rojizo y tenga un sabor increíble!
