Hello Hivers and especially Banana lovers π
Today I want to share how to make Banana Cheese and Choco Ball.
It's easy to make and very delicious. Try it at home..
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs, separate the yolks and whites
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (can be added according to taste)
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch (can be replaced with flour)
- bread flour (breadcrumbs)
- pinch of salt
- For filling, it can be adjusted according to each taste
- chocolate bar, cut into squares
- mozzarella / quick melt cheese, cut into lengths
Steps
Step 1
Wash the banana, steam until cooked (don't peel it when steaming)
Step 2
After the bananas are steamed well, peel and crush the bananas (it's easier when the bananas are still hot, don't forget to remove the middle / seeds)
Step 3
Mix the crushed banana, egg yolk (I only use 1), sugar, salt and cornstarch / flour, mix until blended, and make sure the dough can be shaped
Step 4
Take the dough, flatten it, fill it with chocolate / cheese, do it until the dough runs out
Step 5
Prepare the egg white and beat it off, dip the filled and shaped dough into the egg white, then roll it into breadcrumbs, do it up to 2 layers, so that it is evenly distributed
Step 6
Fry in hot oil until cooked, remove and drain (the fire is just medium, so that the chocolate and cheese melts perfectly)
Step 7
Banana choco and cheese ball ready to be served π
*This can be frozen food stock also, so if you want to eat you can just fried it.
Yummiii
Yes.. so yummy π
Yay! π€
