Thank you!! I will research and see if I can expand to a gluten-free version of this recipe. Please take a look tomorrow... I plan on making cauliflower casserole along with cauliflower bread sticks. My nephew couldn't believe it when I told him there was no flour in the bread sticks. I love it when someone has a difficult time telling the difference between what they have tasted when consuming bread products and something that is plant-based.
