Ingredients:
- A medium-sized carrot
- A mediun sized onion
- A medium-sized cauliflower
- 50 g of leeks leaves
- Two cloves of garlic
- A table spoon of margarine
- Ateaspoon of salt powder
- A tablespoon of pepper powder
The method of making:
Make carrot finely grate.
Finely chop the onion.
Finely grate the culiflower.
Finely chop the leeks.
Cut the garlic into rounds.
Heat a pan, add a tablespoon of margarine.
Add the chopped garlic.
Next, add the leeks.
Then add the grated carrots.
Add the chopped b onion.
Mix everything and add a teaspoon of salt.
Add a teaspoon of pepper too.
Once all is well mixed, add the cauliflower.
Mix everything well again, turn off the stove and cover for about 3 minutes.
Cauliflower couscous ready to serve soon.
