How are you,Wishing everyone a cold good afternoon. These days we have rain almost every day. Even daily activities have been disrupted. So with all that, I am also doing my work.So guys, as usual, today I have brought a very delicious recipe to show you. This is made from eggs.That is "Egg masala curry".This dish is actually an Indian dish. Very tasty. so, let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • Three eggs, boiled and cut in half
  • Four cloves
  • Three pods of cardamom
  • Few pieces of cinnamon
  • A tomato cut into squares
  • Half cup of water

  • A tablespoon of crushed garlic and onion
  • A large onion fried well
  • Two green chilli pods chopped
  • Curry leaves
  • Two tablespoons of oil
  • A tablespoon of yogurt
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • A teaspoon of curry powder
  • One and half tablespoons of chilli
    powder
  • A tablespoon of meat curry powder
  • Half tablespoon of pepper

The method of making;

Put a pan on the stove and add oil to it and when the oil heats medium add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom. After that add crushed ginger and garlic.

Then add curry leaves, chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes.

Then add chili powder, cumin powder,
meat curry powder, pepper powder and salt
powder and stir fry. At this time keep
the stove flame at normal level.

Now add a tablespoon of yogurt and mix well.

Reduce the flame very well and now add the fried onions and stir well.

Now add half a cup of water and cook for about three minutes.

Add boiled eggs.Drizzle the cooked curry gravy over the boiled eggs.Turn off the stove and leave it for two minutes and remove it from the stove.
