Ingredients;
- Three medium sized potatoes
- Two tablespoons of wheat flour
- Two tablespoons of cornflour
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped ginger
- A teaspoon of cumin powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of chilli powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- Chopped curry leaves
- Chopped green chillies
The method of making;
Peel the potatoes and grate them.
Wash thoroughly two or three times.
Now add the chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add the salt powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and pepper powder and mix well.
Then add wheat flour and corn flour and again mix well.
Now heat a pan and add oil to it, when the oil heats add a tablespoon of the mixture to a oil.
Turn both sides and fry until golden brown and remove from heat.
This dish can be added as a lunch snack as well as an evening snack. This dish is crispy.Very delicious. I invite my dear friends to try to make it too.
