Ingredients;
- 250 g slices of fish of your choice
- A cup of water
- Two tablespoons of vinegar
- Three teaspoons of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon if mustard seeds
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Curry leaves
- Chopped b onions
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped raw green chillies
- Five tablespoons of oil
- Two cloves of cardamom
The method of making;
Put the washed fish in a bowl and mix it with half a teaspoon of turmeric, salt and two tablespoons of vinegar.
Now put a pan on the stove and add some fish to it. Add water and boil on medium heat for ten minutes.
In another pan, add oil and lightly fry the boiled fish.
Add the mustard to the remaining oil from the fish oil. After a while, add the garlic and fry. Add chopped big onions too.
Add curry leaves,chopped green chillies and tomatoes.
Now add the chilli pieces.
Mix everything well and add the fried fish.
Now add the crushed cardamom and pepper powder.
Mix everything well again and remove from the stove.
Friends, very tasty tempered fish ready to eat.
