Let's make a wild eggplant devil that preserves both taste and quality.

How are you, Good morning everyone. Today I am bringing you a delicious recipe made wild egg plant( turkey berry). This recipe is called Tibbatu Devil. So, let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • 200g of wild egg plant
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • Half tablespoon of pepper
  • Three tablespoons of oil
  • 10g of dry sprats
  • Curry leaves
  • Onions cut into squares
  • Tomatoes cut into squares
  • Capsicum cut into squares

The method of making;

Wash and clean wild egg plant and cut it into half. Then add 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder and turmeric powder to it and stir.

Put a pan, add a tablespoon of oil to it, increase the heat on the stove and fry the dry sprats for two minutes.

Add one table spoon of oil again and fry the cut wild egg plant for three to four minutes.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the chopped capsicum, tomato and onion for about two minutes.

Add remaining salt powder.

Now put the fried wild egg plant in a bowl and add fried tomatoes, big onions and capsicum to it.

Then put fried dry sprats to it.

Add pepper.

Finally mix well.
