How are you, These days it's jack season for us. So I thought I'd bring you a dish that can be made from jackfruit today. A very common dish that is very popular in my country. That's the tempered jackfruit curry. So let’s see how we make a delicious jackfruit curry.
Ingredients;
- About twenty jackfruits
- Half cup of condensed coconut milk
- Two cups of melted coconut milk
- Chopped b onions
- Chopped garlic
- curry leaves
- Pandan leaves
- A few sticks of cinnamon
- Chopped dry chiliies
- Ateaspoon of mustard powder
- A teaspoon of fdnugreek seeds
- A teaspoon of curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- One and half teaspoons of salt powder
The method of making;
Cut the jackfruit pulp into long strips. Slice the jackfruit seeds. Wash and clean everything thoroughly.
Take a deep bowl and add jackfruit strips and sliced seeds to it.
Add mustard powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and curry powder.
Now add some of the chopped onion, rumpe, part of the curry and salt to the jackfruit.
Mix everything well and add melted coconut milk.
Now close the lid and cook on medium heat for ten to fifteen minutes.
After about fifteen minutes, add the condensed milk.
Remove the cooked jackfruit curry from the stove after about two to three minutes. Now place another pot on the stove to tempere.Add two tablespoons of oil.When the oil heats up, add the chopped big onion, garlic, pandan leaves, curry leaves, cinnamon peel and dried chilli pods.Add fenugreel also.
Add that temperature to the cooked jackfruit curry.
How delicious is the look, the tempered milk jack curry.
Jackfruit is a non-poisonous village food. Also a nutritious solid food. Although we eat everyday, we really like this jackfruit curry. So my dear friends, try to make this delicious milk jackfruit curry.
