How are you,I hope you all are well, safe and happy.Today I bring to you about a tempura that can be made very easily. That is the temperament of dried prawns.Well then let's see how to make that temper.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of washed and cleaned dried prawns
- Three tablespoons of oil
- Chopped tomatoes
- Curry leaves
- Chopped pandan leaves
- Chopped b onions
- Copped raw green chillies
- About six small chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of chilli powder
- A tablespoon of chilli pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
The method of making;
Put a pan on the stove, add oil and let the oil heat up.When the oil heats up, add the dried prawns and fry for two to three minutes.
Now set the prawns aside and add the chopped onion to it.
Now add the small chillies, chopped pandan leaves, curry leaves, and chopped green chillies.
Next add the chopped tomatoes next to it. Mix well.Add salt and mix well.
Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, chilli pieces and pepper powder.
Add salt and mix well.
Tempered the spicy dried prawns.
Usually we add any tempered and curries to our lunch.But really these dried prawns can be eaten with rice .That's so delicious. This will be a good recipe for dear friends who love shrimps.
