Did you have to add a little water for the sauce or isn't needed?
I've never had raisins in a meat dish before, so curious to how it tastes. Only in sweet desserts or in breads.

I'm glad you liked the recipe... When you put in the sweet mustard sauce, lower the heat to the minimum and put in a touch of water. The raisins give a very tasty contrast... Thank you very much for your visit and support, a hug!
