The dish was made with flour bread and meats, I decided to create a presentation with rich round buns with garlic and onion flavor cooked with tomato sauce and meat; I invite you to make it at home and enjoy a simple but delicious dish.
INGREDIENTES
½ Kg de Harina Pan
900g de carne de solomo
1kl de Tomates fresco
100g de Salsa de tomate
30g de ajo
1 cebolla
100g azúcar
50g mostaza
50ml salsa de soja
Condimento al gusto, Sal, orégano y pimienta
Aceite
INGREDIENTS
½ Kg of Bread flour
900g of sirloin meat
1kl of fresh tomatoes
100g of tomato sauce
30g of garlic
1 onion
100g sugar
50g mustard
50ml soy sauce
Seasoning to taste, Salt, oregano and pepper
Oil
1- We start by chopping the meat in small squares, then we blend 1 onion with the 30g of peeled garlic, this mixture is divided into two portions, the first one to add to the meat together with the 50g mustard, 50ml soy sauce, oregano, pepper and salt to taste, we mix well with our hands to integrate the flavors and let it rest while we carry out the following process.
2- Coloca a hervir 3L de agua en una olla grande. En un recipiente agregamos el ½ kilo de harina pan, y le agregamos la otra mitad de la mezcla de ajo y cebolla, sal al gusto, amasamos con agua hasta obtener una maza firme y suave, luego de dejar reposar por 5 minuto verificando que la maza mantenga su consistencia, elaboramos bolitas lo mas redondas posible del tamaño de una tapa de Salsa de tomate.
2- Bring 3L of water to a boil in a large pot. In a bowl add ½ kilo of flour bread flour., and add the other half of the garlic and onion mixture, salt to taste, knead with water until you get a firm and smooth dough, after letting it rest for 5 minutes verifying that the dough maintains its consistency, we elaborate small balls as round as possible, the size of a tomato sauce lid.
4- Se remueve hasta integrar el azúcar colocamos los 100g de salsa de tomate para logar un color y sabor más intenso, cocinar hasta reducir el líquido, cuando comience a burbujear formando hoyos en la superficie retiramos del fuego.
4- Stir until the sugar is integrated, add the 100g of tomato sauce to achieve a more intense color and flavor, cook until the liquid is reduced, when it begins to bubble forming holes on the surface, remove from heat.
5- While the tomato sauce liquid is reduced, we can place the dumplings to cook in boiling water, when they are floating is because they are ready to remove from the hot water, with a grid and delicacy we are removing them from the water to place them in a colander, to wet them with water at room temperature and thus achieve half cool and stop cooking.
6- En una paila más grande bien caliente y un poco de aceite, colocamos los bollos junto con la salsa roja para mezclar y cocinar junto por 5 minutos, removiéndolo con delicadeza y una cuchara grande, retirar del fuego y listo para servir.
6- In a larger pan well heated and a little oil, place the buns along with the red sauce to mix and cook together for 5 minutes, stirring gently with a large spoon, remove from heat and ready to serve.
7- Como contorno corte rodajas de plátanos y las freí para complementar el plato.
7- As an outline I cut banana slices and fried them to complement the dish.
8- El emplatado fue de manera sencilla solo agregue una como 12 bollitos por platos tres tajada y un poco de queso blanco para decorar, su aspecto era apetitoso y agradable la familia no sabia que era, yo solo me reí y le dijes coman y después me dicen que les pareció, como no habían visto como fue realizando no tenía idea de lo que era.
8- The plating was simple, I only added about 12 buns per plate, three slices and some white cheese to decorate, its appearance was appetizing and pleasant, the family did not know what it was, I just laughed and told them to eat and then tell me what they thought, as they had not seen how it was made I had no idea what it was.
El plato fue creado con tanta dedicación porque realizar 100 bolitas conllevo un esfuerzo que valía la pena prepara, ofrecer un gusto y vista diferente al almuerzo familiar, es allí donde demuestro el amor a la cocina y lo mucho que me apasiona complacer a mis amigo y familia.
The dish was created with so much dedication because making 100 balls took an effort that was worth preparing, to offer a different taste and view to the family lunch, that's where I show my love for cooking and how much I love to please my friends and family.
