Good morning guys. Today I'm gonna feature this favorite food of mine. The name of the food is lumpiang shanghai or spring roll. Lumpia, sometimes known as Lumpiang Shanghai, is a Filipino egg roll. Ground pork, minced onions, carrots, and seasonings such as salt and ground black pepper make up the basic filling. This post will show you how to create basic lumpia. Please feel free to use this as a starting point.
Ingredients for Lumpia
Even though I cut the ingredients to a bare minimum, this deep fried lumpia recipe still tastes fantastic. Ground pork is the major protein in this rendition. I also added carrot for sweetness and parsley to give it a fresh flavor.
It is critical to ensure that the lumpia filling has a good flavor. Most of the time, I don't want to rely on the dipping sauce. Simple components like salt, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground black pepper produce fantastic results in terms of flavor.
This recipe calls for a store-bought lumpia wrapper. I'll go into more detail about it later. By the way, eggs are utilized to bind all of the ingredients together in the lumpia filling. When frying, it keeps the meat mixture from breaking apart or separating from one another.
i love this food.
