I have never tried using jackfruit leaves for cooking. A creative idea. :)
@anggreklestari Yeah,Jackfruit leaves have been used to make this delicious palm cake. Honestly, it is an ancient traditional cake of our country. My grandmothers and grandmothers used to make such cakes. It tastes very delicious.
